Meeting specified deadlines is for me, as well as for my customers, one of the most essential values. This is why I never engage in projects I know I would not be able to complete on time. I have never disappointed my customer by failing to complete a project on time. Of course, everyone may find himself in a difficult situation, but then the customer must be notified as soon as possible to reschedule the job or to contact another translator to complete the task.
The highest quality should be a hallmark of all professional translators. Unfortunately, translation service providers ensure lower quality to be able to offer the market a competitive price. However, the quality is crucial, mainly due to the fact that it shapes the prestige of a company. My translations are prepared with due diligence. I always have the final product in mind.
The customers are serviced remotely. Files to be traslated can be sent by e-mail and they may be returned via the same channel. For your convienience, I issue eletronic invoices (but also a hard copy can be provided, if needed) and I accept remote payments (wire transfer, PayPal, Skrill). This allows the customers to handle their businesses from any place around the world, whether it be their home, workplace or a hotel.
